The Third Environmental Chemistry Symposium
Presented by the Center for Environmental Chemistry and Geochemistry
Saturday, February 26th, 2000 Award Winners
At this year’s Symposium there were 4 oral sessions and 4 poster
sessions. In each session there was one $500 first place award, one $300
second place award and several $100 honorable mention awards. Every
student left with an award for their effort.
Out of all the posters there was one grand prize of an additional $750
awarded for the best poster presentation. For the best overall poster
presentation a grand prize of an additional $750 was awarded.
The event was presented by the Center for Environmental Chemistry and
Geochemistry held on February 26th, 2000 at the Agricultural Sciences and
Industries building. This event was sponsored by the Eberly College of
Science, College of Earth and Mineral Sciences, College of Agricultural
Sciences, College of Engineering and the Environmental Research Resources
Institute (ERRI).
